Green Smoothie recipe!

2 cups oat milk (or almond)
5 large kale fronds, stripped (or 1 cup frozen kale)
1/2 cup raw almonds
2 TBSP chia seeds
1 banana (frozen preferred for texture)
1 pear or apple (frozen preferred for texture)
1 cup ice

Blend up! Perfect for breakfast, or a post-yoga meal!
